Applicant Consent, Image Release & Authorization

By submitting an application, nomination, photograph, video, social media handle, biography, or other content to the Cart Rocket of the Year — Beverage Cart Girl of the Year competition (the “Competition”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I represent that I am 18 years of age or older and that the information I have submitted is accurate to the best of my knowledge.

I voluntarily authorize [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], its affiliates, the Cart Rocket brand, Eternal, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Company”) to photograph, film, record, reproduce, publish, display, edit, crop, adapt, distribute, advertise, promote, and otherwise use my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, biographical information, social media handles, submitted photographs, submitted videos, interviews, statements, and other materials I provide in connection with the Competition and related activities.

I understand and agree that these materials may be used for commercial, advertising, promotional, editorial, publicity, and marketing purposes, including, without limitation:

• The 2027 Cart Rocket — Beverage Cart Girl of the Year Calendar, including its cover, interior pages, packaging, advertising, promotion, distribution, and sale;
• Cart Rocket, Eternal, and affiliated websites and online stores;
• Social media, digital advertising, email, text and other electronic marketing;
• Printed advertisements, posters, brochures, flyers, signage and promotional materials;
• Press releases, publicity and media coverage;
• Future promotion and advertising of the Cart Rocket competition, calendar, events and related products.

I grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use the materials and rights described above in connection with the Competition, the calendar, and the advertising and promotion of Cart Rocket, Eternal, and related Competition products and events.

I understand that submission does not guarantee selection as a finalist, inclusion in the calendar, or any prize or compensation. Unless separately agreed to in writing, I understand that I will not receive royalties or other compensation from the sale of calendars or from the Company’s authorized use of my submitted materials, image, likeness, or other rights granted under this release.

I represent that I either own the photographs, videos, and other materials I submit or have obtained the permissions necessary to submit them and authorize their use as described above. I will not knowingly submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

I understand that submitted materials may be edited, cropped, resized, formatted, combined with text, graphics, logos or other materials, and otherwise adapted for the uses described above, provided they are not used in a knowingly defamatory or unlawful manner.

I understand that photographs, videos, and other materials published online or through social media may be copied, shared, reposted, or otherwise distributed by third parties beyond the Company’s control.

I release and discharge the Company and its authorized representatives from claims arising from the authorized use of my name, image, likeness, voice, submitted materials, and other rights granted by this consent and release, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.
